Frequently asked questions
Any logged in user can view your itinerary if the itinerary is set to public (every itinerary is set to public upon creating an itinerary). To access this setting, click on the edit button (indicated by the pencil icon next to the back button of your itinerary), pulling up the Itinerary Overview. Navigate to the ACCESS SETTINGS tab and toggle your itinerary to Public or Private, then click SAVE.
As a note, you can limit the view of each craft area by checking/unchecking each option. By default, we have set the Notes and Calendar/scheduling to viewable.
If you've set your itinerary to private, only users you've added to the itinerary will be able to access that itinerary. To access this setting, click on the edit button (indicated by the pencil icon next to the back button of your itinerary), pulling up the Itinerary Overview. Navigate to the MANAGE USERS tab and modify your users list, then click SAVE. When adding a user, select from
- Owner: An owner has access to everything and can delete users from the itinerary
- Edit: An Editor can edit the itinerary but cannot delete users from the itinerary
- Read only: A read only user cannot make any changes to the itinerary (accident proof!)
A Traveler+ user can access the chat panel, add multiple craft areas and manage custom card categories. In addition, they can upload larger files in the chat panel.
A Traveler+ user can access the chat panel, add multiple craft areas and manage custom card categories. If a Traveler+ makes changes to add multiple craft areas or custom card categories, everyone benefits and will see these changes (even if the Traveler+ user no longer wishes to participate in the trip).
